Of the structures at the top, there are two lighthouses, one smaller - showing the way to ships in the 19th century, and the second is still in operation. Access to both beacons is closed.
La Orotava
La Orotava is a quiet and calm city with a slow pace of life, where you can really relax.
The ancient city of La Orotava is located in the north of Tenerife. To be in it means to see the original Spain with its cobbled streets, lush vegetation and cozy houses. The historic center of the city has become the architectural heritage of the entire island. Of interest are the Casa de los Balcones house with its carved balconies, the botanical garden, the Church of the Immaculate Conception and the monument to Princess Dasil. Every June, locals organize a festival of flower carpets - large-scale patterns that look like giant carpets are laid out of petals, multi-colored stones or sand on the streets of the city.
Monkey Park (Tenerife Zoo Monkey Park)
The walk in the park will not take more than three hours.
The smallest of all the island's zoos is a 5-minute drive from the southern resort of Playa de las Américas. The Monkey Park is named so for a reason, only in it you can find so many species of these animals. A special feature of the park is access to the cage to monkeys, the ability to touch and feed them. In addition to these representatives of the animal world, at the entrance there will be a swamp with reptiles, which can be crossed over a wooden bridge.
On the way to the main inhabitants of the park, you will meet a petting zoo with goats, donkeys, pigs and other animals, as well as aviaries with predators and cages with birds. Another asset of the park is a cactus garden.
Tip # 2: It's worth taking a bottle of water and a snack with you, there are no cafes and shops in the park.

Loro Parque
Loro Parque or Parrot Park is located in Puerto de la Cruz and has become the largest zoo on the island. It was founded by Wolfgang Kisling, a parrot lover. In addition to birds, the park brought together representatives of flora from different parts of the world. At the entrance he meets a pool with carps, then there is an aviary with gorillas, not far from it there is a huge aquarium with penguins in compliance with all climatic conditions, and the inhabitants of the park are predators, monkeys and reptiles.
In different parts of the park, performances are held for 20 minutes several times a day:

The park is a real zoo full of various animal species. There you will meet lions, crocodiles, monkeys, seals and many others. The peculiarity of the park, as well as the rationale for its name, are the staged performances of birds of prey. The older generation of visitors will love the fast bobsleigh track that runs through the thick of the jungle.

Cave of the Wind (Cueva del Viento)
It is safe to crawl through the cave, passages to risky areas are closed.
An unusual adventure that will be remembered for a lifetime awaits at the Cave of the Wind in the north of Tenerife in the Yeod de los Vinos area. It was formed due to the eruption of a volcano about 30 thousand years ago. An experienced guide will tell you about how the cave was formed, lead you inside and supervise the whole process for safety. The cave got its name because of the constant winds inside, formed due to sudden changes in air pressure.

Plaza de Espana
On holidays, fairs and festivals are held near the square.
The central area of the island, and in particular the city of Santa Cruz de Terenerife, covers an area of 5026 m². Previously, the Fortress of San Cristobal, which defended the city from attacks, stood on the same site. A large pond with a fountain was built in the center of the Plaza de España. Not far from it there is a monument to fallen soldiers during the defense of the Spanish land and a monument in the form of a cross. At the top of the cross, there is an observation deck that overlooks the entire city. An arch was built behind the fountain, which can be attributed to a masterpiece of architectural art. In ancient times, it served as the entrance to the avenue of the Duchess of Saint Helena.
Siam Park
You will want to spend the whole day in the park, and local cafes and restaurants will keep you hungry.
Siam Park is a large and modern water park located in the vicinity of Las Americas. Its creator is passionate about Asian culture and has created a Thai-style space for Siam Park. Getting into its territory, for a while you forget that you are in Spain - dragons, Asian palaces and a tropical atmosphere are everywhere. For children, a complex "Lost City" has been designed, which contains water slides, bridges, ascents and descents. For teenagers and adults, there are extreme slides that have no analogues anywhere in the world. The symbol of the park is sea lions, the pool with them is located in the very center. The wave pool has become famous for the highest slides in comparison with similar structures in other water parks.

The city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife began with the installation of the holy cross, on the site of which the Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary was erected in the middle of the 16th century. The church can be seen from anywhere in the city, its architectural appearance expresses the traditions of Italian buildings. The main tower has a colonnade with an observation deck. The interiors of the church are made in the Baroque style, there are statues of Jesus, Our Lady and St. James. Services are held to this day, and organ music is also played.

City of San Cristóbal de la Laguna
La Laguna is the first city in Spain to be built not in the form of a fortress.

The formation of the Canary Islands, the process of volcanic eruption, flora and fauna of the area, anthropological finds and much more are clearly presented in the Museum of Nature and Man in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It unites two museums - natural sciences and archaeological. The interactive panels describe in detail the events of the past up to the formation of the archipelago. Household items found during excavations and thanks to donations from people will help shape the correct image of how the indigenous islanders lived.

Infierno Gorge (Barranco del Infierno)

In the vicinity of Playa de Las Américas, on an area of 1800 hectares, the Infierno National Park is located, which means Hell's Gorge in Spanish. The walk along this natural landmark will include 12 stages. The route will be 6.5 km long and will take 3.5 hours. It is laid in such a way that tourists will go up and down into the gorge. The final point will be a waterfall where you can swim.
