But there are claims to the airline itself: lost luggage, found it on 09/30/2018, 10/10/2018 should have been delivered to our home, as we were promised by phone, after waiting all day, we started to call Vnukovo again, to which we were told that the luggage handed over to the airline. Then you yourself understand, the airlines according to fig. The result flew in on September 26, 2018, the luggage had to be picked up by themselves, that is, on 10/04/2018 they only took it. As for the food, in general, there is a complete trash of macaroni and children's sausages, the menu does not change along the way. Conclusion, I will no longer fly with this airline.
