This is the second time we have rested in this hotel. I liked everything again. I really liked this hotel there are 2 pools, one on the 3rd floor, the pools are clean. The water park for 100 baht per one the pools in the water park are clean there out of 6 slides only 4 clean rooms work normal beach muddy but warm sea large jellyfish on tuk tuk you can get to shops and markets. On Russian street there is a market for massage parlors, the rainy season is October. I recommend

Rested on February 14, 2017 for 10 days. , happy days. The very territory of the hotel pleased. There is a park with carousels and an aqua park. The children really liked it, they didn't climb out of the pool. The food was not delightful, I wanted more fruit, and no variety on the menu. There are a lot of noisy Chinese, they even arranged their own holiday of some kind. We swam to other islets and liked it very much. Hello everybody. Rested in this hotel in March 2016 with his wife and child. Before that we were in this hotel two years ago. Before the trip, we were worried if there had been any negative changes. But everything is fine. The staff at the hotel, as before, is professional and specific. Service at the highest level. Everything is done quickly and efficiently. We lived, this time, in the second building, not in the tower. The room is nice and cozy. The cleanliness is perfect. We were delighted. I was glad that they were given free Wi-Fi for seven days. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. There was a very large selection of absolutely everything: meat, fish, sweets, drinks, fruits. Good day to all. We rested with our beloved since March 5, 2016, 14 days in the tower on the 25th floor. They settled us quickly. Nicely greeted, treated to a soft drink. The beach is a five-minute walk from the building. It is clean and spacious. The sea is a fairy tale. The entrance is shallow, sandy. Lots of free sun loungers. We had a lot of swimming and swimming. There is good infrastructure near the hotel: cafes, markets, shops. The prices are very pleasing. The central street with tukas is ten minutes on foot. Walking Street is about ten minutes away. Hello everyone. In February of this year, we visited Thailand for the first time. Vacationing with children in an excellent hotel Pattaya. It was lucky that there were no delays, everything is clear, I can't even believe it. At the reception, we did not wait until we had breakfast, a room was prepared for us. The room is clean, all the furniture is in quite good condition, there are no living creatures, everything is clean. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need. In general, we liked the hotel. The territory is very beautiful and well-groomed. There is a large water park, the kids were happy! We did not go anywhere, except for one excursion, which is called "Pirate Passions", I recommend it to everyone, fun for both children and adults. We hung out all day, lunch was included, buffet style, honestly, I was happy! And after that there was a cool and funny foam disco, my children and I had a great time! The hotel also fed excellently. Hello everyone. This is the third time at the Pattaya hotel. The hotel is located on Dong Tan Beach. This is if you look at the version of one map. On other maps, this beach does not exist at all, and they write that the hotel is located on Jomtien Beach. I really liked the park of the archideas, or as it is also called the park of Madame Noach. We were on the Blue Loguna beach or the Military beach, too, I liked it, we were on the island of Ko Samed, everything is very straightforward, everything is decent and good. In general, if someone wants to extend their pleasure or leave the hustle and bustle it is to Thailand for warmth and fruit. Only one request, the planes are normal, but the seats are very frequent 9 hour flight, we simply cannot stand them especially from rest. We rested from November 20 to December 1, 2015 with my husband alone. The room was on the 16th floor in a building with a tower. The room is standard, comfortable enough. There were two beds. Of course the furniture is not new. But it is quite suitable. There was a refrigerator and a safe in the room. Well, the view is excellent - the sea and the park. Insanely beautiful. They cleaned and changed the bed in the room every day, they also brought shampoo, soap, two bottles of water for free. On the balcony there are sun loungers and a dryer. It was very convenient to dry things and rest. Breakfasts are pretty normal, lots of stuff. You can't go away with hunger. Fruit pineapple and watermelon. The sea is nearby, you just need to go around the water park a little. The beach was clean enough, and the sea was also clean, warm and gentle. Good day to all. I rested in this hotel for ten days, with my best friends at work. The hotel was chosen for its proximity to the sea. It is located on the first line. There are shops, restaurants, massage parlors nearby. It was necessary to correct my health a little with massage. Here they do it just fine. We stayed in the best hotel room. On the 25th floor. The principle of choosing a hotel is not far from the center (15-20 minutes by tuk-tuk), a quiet place, nearby there is a shopping street with catering, inexpensive (I'm talking about the cost of the tour). The hotel was not going to sit, because only one fad tried to comply - a comfortable room. You can half-close your eyes to all the rest. Let's start:
It takes about an hour to get from the UTAPAO airport. We were at the hotel at six in the morning. Do you think someone rushed to help us in the settlement? You will not wait! Check-in at 14:00 ((((I am more than sure that the rooms were free, but no one wanted to meet us and take pity on the tired and sleepy travelers (((We were not upset - threw off our backpacks, changed in the toilet and moved to study We managed to inspect the territory - uncomfortable, unkempt, large, but somehow stupid. I didn’t like it, in general. We managed to get to know the third Russian street, changed SIM cards to Thai ones, replenished them at 7/11, connected a bunch of Internet for two weeks in advance in the same place, we discussed with street barkers excursions and menus of local eateries with very unauthentic names in Russian style.
At 14:00 and not a minute earlier, I went to the reception, impatiently drummed my fingers on the counter, and a long and hysterical search began for my and my son's passports (among a million Chinese and a dozen Slavic ones who were also awaiting check-in). Here I would like to mention the staff - inattentive, not smiling, indifferent. When you approach the counter, you get the impression that you are flashing part of a huge conveyor, and the receptionists with a blurry eye make sure that you do not turn off this conveyor where you do not need to (but, admittedly, they solved the problems that arose). Hallujah! Passports after 15 minutes of reconciliation of appearance were found (mini digression: when the employees went through the Slavic passports, they missed twice, looking at the photo in the passport, and at that moment I very clearly understood that we are all the same for them, just like the Chinese are for us)))) and the employee volunteered to accompany us and show us everything. Kindly brought him to the room, with tired movements pressed the buttons of the TV / air conditioner / safe, jabbed his finger into the hairdryer / kettle / phone and, rather tolerably in Russian, said that he would be satisfied with 100 rubles, he would change it himself))))) One hundred rubles.
The room and the hotel in general. The room is large, with two beds, a TV, a modest storage system (no closet), a minibar, a kondeem, two armchairs and a table, which we immediately took to the balcony (by the way, there is a completely functional dryer for things on the balcony, things dry quickly). Read all the not admiring reviews - it's all true - the sun loungers on the balcony are overwhelming, the plumbing is killed in the trash, the ants feel at home, there is nothing in the canteen ..... Well, there is nothing - if all the time we think that we are at home we don't cook seven courses of breakfast, then you can live))) But I also can't eat fried eggs and sausages every day (((Croissants are not real, from yeast non-layered dough, just a roll, in short, and that yesterday; only pineapples and watermelons, there was also edible pasta and sometimes meat, but more often than not, where the meat lay, something just stank madly (I don’t know any sauce, the Chinese were happy to put on this stinking and smack their lips, and I was in a hurry to run past this stink, and there was no time for meat (((((In general, I went to breakfast only 4 times out of 12, and my son generally 2 :-) (we had a very dense excursion program, we did not often spend the night in hotel, and during the day they were even less)))
What greatly strained - the building in its center does not have a roof - it is made like a tower, that is, there are no air conditioners in the corridors - natural ventilation, so to speak. So this natural ventilation howls in the room so that it is impossible to sleep. Draft from the balcony, even with closed doors, rushes into the common corridor and the bathroom. Not to say that it really blows, but this mind-blowing hum drove me crazy (((, well, personally, my chip - the floor in the room is tiled - my feet freeze to walk on the bare floor, plus, if I dripped with something (water), You can just kill yourself or unexpectedly demonstrate the skill of stretching. We undermined the air conditioner. I was too lazy to contact unsmiling receptionists, they just let it go. The attentive maid found a puddle, put a small cloth for feet there. Another stupid cloth was cleaning all the time (they worked they every other day and I could understand by polishku who cleaned the room today :-)) (these are also interesting - they could not tell at the reception that the air conditioner is flowing in the room .... it is easier to lay polishkas). Well, what else about the room? Two Russian channels showed, the view from the balcony was amazing, there was a kettle, I was happy to brew myself Cambodian coffee in a Vietnamese coffee mug (I forgot what it was called.) Two bottles of water were regularly put on every day.
Twice tried to get to the fitness center on the 4th floor, unsuccessfully, it was closed. Once we went to a tired water park - out of five slides, only 3 worked. Not fun, not interesting, although the pools there are relatively clean, the lazy river worked.
Once we went to the sea near the hotel - I even splashed in the water. She did not stink at all, no garbage floated, and in general, I would have gone one more time, but the opportunity did not present itself. I was surprised by the intricate design of the passage to the beach - zigzag, why is it needed there at all? And the access to the beach is closed for security reasons (as it is written in the memo to tourists) either at 9 (in the evening), or at 19, I forgot.
Twice went to the pool at the hotel, towels were taken at the reception, and did not understand how it works, the person just puts up a sign "over" and leaves. Although the counter is full of clean towels. What is there he ran out of - HZ. We return to hand over the towels - he has this sign on the counter again - they signed themselves in the magazine and left them right on the towel counter. The pool itself is small, but there are never crowds of people in it. The water stinks of bleach. Sun beds have always been free.
Neighbors. Yes, the Chinese are no less than ours. Yes, noisy, but much more decent than in Vietnam. The hotel is so huge that we were not bothered by their neighborhood, and indeed no neighborhood bothered us - sometimes it seemed that we were living alone on the floor. We have never seen anyone. This is a plus for me. Nobody bothers to meditate on the balcony day or night.
What's next: Russian street, 7 \ 11, night market, tuk-tuk stop to the center (we went straight to terminal 21 without transfers). Everything is on the market and prices are significantly lower than in the center. We ate a couple of evenings in this market (we took pork and chicken kebabs) I liked that they don’t just bring you all this on a plate, but also a salad of cabbage, a small bowl of soy sauce, a small bowl of chili sauce. And not expensive - a shish kebab of 4-5 pieces (normal, not Lilliputian) 50 baht is 100 rubles in total. My son also appreciated it, although initially he said in plain text - here I will not eat 100%, shrimps were also normal - I think they are already boiled, they just keep them on the grill a little for show, but delicious.
The bottom line is my resume for the hotel is badly shabby and no one is going to ennoble it, either inside or outside. Service quality is also unlikely to be improved. Where do such conclusions come from - yes, elementary - how much should you not respect your guests, so that instead of beach towels you give them patched floor rags? And this joke with the Internet? (read in other reviews) We could not connect at all the first time, and then completely hammer on him - take Thai SIM cards - all the time in touch and on the Internet. Smart enough and inexpensive. My son is on his YouTube all the time and even figs knows where - the speed was enough. In general, depending on why you are going to Thailand - to relax, travel and be impressed - you can settle in this hotel. According to the schedule, go to breakfast, then to the sea, then to the pool, then a nap, lunch, the sea again, the night market - it is better to look for a more pleasant hotel.
I will not recommend it to my friends. I will not return to it myself. (I don’t understand at all how some people come to it three or five times ... WHAT TO DO THERE ???? What might you like there?)
We went to Bangkok, Cambodia, Kwai, in five provinces, rode ATVs, dragged around temples, made our way through the jungle, swam in waterfalls - we returned without hind legs just to sleep, so I rate our accommodation at 4. And given that Asian hotel and 3 * - it's a shame to wish for more))))
