Krasnaya Polyana can be reached by several Sochi buses:
— № 105 . The bus departs from Sochi from shopping center"More Mall", calls at the Sochi railway station and goes to Rosa Khutor. Passes the railway station of Adler, enters the airport. If a minibus has arrived, be sure to check that there is no letter “k” in its number, otherwise you may not get to Krasnaya Polyana.
— No. 105s. This fast bus leaves Sochi in a similar way to route 105, only it has fewer stops: it does not call at Khosta and Kudepsta, which reduces travel time by about half an hour.
— № 135. The bus leaves from the Novy Vek shopping center in Adler, then calls at the Adler railway station, but the stop is from the sea. And then he goes through to the airport and along the old road.
All these buses start from the Sochi bus station or the Adler bus station, call at the airport and go to Krasnaya Polyana.
The average travel time from Adler to Krasnaya Polyana is about one and a half hours, from Sochi - about two. This is due to the fact that the bus makes many stops in the village itself: the Esto-Sadok railway station, then Gorki Gorod, then a detour through Gazprom, and only then it arrives at the Rosa Khutor terminal station.
Of course, it is not always possible to count on the accuracy of the schedule, so it is better to come to the bus stop a little early.
The first buses to the airport and the railway station depart from the Rosa Khutor terminus (via Esto-Sadok and Krasnaya Polyana) at 6.00 am, the last 135 at 21.00, 21.36, 22.16; 105 at 20.30, 20.50, 21.56; 105s at 20.10, 21.16.

From January 2019 bus route 63 is renamed to 163. Bus routes 105 and 135 again call at the Estosadok railway station.
From December 1, 2018, Krasnaya Polyana is getting closer to Sochi two new routes 105E and 135E are introduced(express). In the city, they will immediately go to the bypass road, bypassing traffic jams, and from Adler to Polyana they will drive along the new highway. The number of stops on these routes will be reduced several times, due to this, travel time will be significantly reduced. Also, they do not call at the airport, so there will also be fewer people on these buses - the trip will be more comfortable. But there are nuances. Also from December 1, 2018 route 105C is changing - it will no longer reach Krasnaya Polyana- only to the trout farm.
Description of routes
Part of the public transport routes on the section from Adler to Krasnaya Polyana pass along the beautiful old Krasnaya Polyana road, which stretches along the banks of the Mzymta River. Although there are no sharp turns, if you or your children are prone to motion sickness, try to position yourself at the front of the bus. If the bus is hot, approach the driver and ask them to turn on the air conditioner - all buses are equipped with them. Express routes travel on a new road.
Although in general the buses run very frequently throughout the day and there are no particular problems with transport, unfortunately the timetables are not always exactly followed and nothing can be done about it. It happens that one of the buses does not go to the flight. Therefore, we do not recommend relying heavily on the last flights if you need to get from Polyana to Adler, Sochi, or vice versa. If you do not have a fallback option ( , ), then we advise you to plan a trip at least on the penultimate flight.
Bus number 105 It goes from the Moremall shopping mall, through the center of Sochi, the Sochi railway station, the railway station and the Adler airport. The final one is the Rosa Khutor GLC (Gorki Gorod passes along the way and stops at the GTZ Gazprom). List of all stops at the end of the page.
Distance 85 km. The total travel time is about 2 hours 20 minutes (from the Airport to Rosa Khutor - about an hour). The fare for the entire route is 242 rubles.
Bus №105E (express) It goes from the railway station of Sochi (immediately leaves for the bypass), through the railway station of Adler, then it goes along the new Krasnopolyanskoe highway. The final one is the Rosa Khutor GLC (Gorki Gorod passes along the way and stops at the GTZ Gazprom). List of all stops at the end of the page. Buses leave every 20-40 minutes.
Distance 80 km. The total travel time is about 1.5 hours. The fare for the entire route is 250 rubles. From railway Adler to Rosa Khutor - 180 rubles. The cost does not depend on the number of stops, i.e. even one stop to drive - at least 180 rubles.
Bus number 135 It goes from Adler from the Olympic Park, through the center of Adler ("New Age") and the airport. The final one is the Rosa Khutor GLC (Gorki Gorod passes along the way and stops at the GTZ Gazprom).
Distance 67 km. The total travel time is about 2 hours. The fare for the entire route is 178 rubles.
Bus №135Э (express) It goes from the Olympic Park, it does not call into the city and the airport, it goes to Polyana along the new Krasnopolyanskoe highway. The final one is the Rosa Khutor GLC (Gorki Gorod passes along the way and stops at the GTZ Gazprom). Buses leave every 35 minutes.
Distance 60 km. The total travel time is about 1 hour. The fare for the entire route is 180 rubles. The cost does not depend on the number of stops, i.e. even one stop to pass- 180 rubles. Concessionary tickets and travel tickets are not valid on this route.
Bus №163(local Krasnopolyansky). Goes from Rosa Khutor - Railway station Rosa Khutor- Galaktika (GTZ Gazprom)- Gornaya Karusel (Gorki Gorod)- Esto-Sadok (Marriott)- Megaphone- Railway station Esto-Sadok- Pik Hotel- Gorny Vozdukh- Heliport - School No. 65 - Zapovednaya, 38 - Achishkhovskaya.
Distance 16 km. Travel time is about 30-40 minutes. The fare is 22 rubles.

The ticket price for routes 105 and 135 depends on the distance - indicative prices, as well as approximate travel times, are shown in the table below. They may differ slightly (by a few rubles) on different bus numbers. Payment is in cash upon entry through the front door.
