Excellent hotel! Stayed here during a business trip for a few days. Everywhere is spotlessly clean! Not only the bed linen is boilingly snow-white, but also the pillows and bedspreads themselves. It's nice to be there and relax. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I liked the delicious breakfasts.

We checked in during a period when there were some promotions - and this was a big minus. A lot of people, all with children. There was noise and commotion in the restaurant, in the pool, in the cottages; at night you could hear a child crying. There are a lot of children, and this is not a vacation for those who don’t have them.

Delicious food, there is a swimming pool, friendly staff, nice territory. Water cooler on each floor, kettle on the first floor. There are free tea bags and cups everywhere - this is a plus for those who are used to drinking tea between visits to a restaurant.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations; my wife and I stayed here for a couple of days. I liked everything, from check-in to the hotel and ending with check-out. Comfortable location. The room is comfortable. The cost of living is quite reasonable. The staff are polite and friendly. I would like to especially note the work of the girls administrators, they all have a professional attitude to their work and are ready to help with any request.

1. Lack of a safe in the room. How is this in general? I thought this doesn’t happen anymore these days. 2. Lack of a refrigerator in the room, there is a common one in the corridor, like in a dorm))))))). 3. No telephone in the room. 4. Robes and slippers are given for money!!! 5. The rooms are not locked automatically, but with keys. And only one key is issued per room. 6. For dinner there was the same food as for lunch. In general, I had mixed feelings after visiting the hotel; there were more minuses than pluses. Clearly not worth the money. There are clear savings on customers throughout. The location itself is wonderful, no doubt, but this is not the merit of the hotel.

A very uncomfortable double bed, narrow, low, sloping towards the middle. For that kind of money, the sleeping space in a junior suite should be much better. And the chair that converts into a bed was basically a slab, and it was impossible to sleep on it.

The places are very picturesque, very clean, and the territory is constantly taken care of. In the evenings, when the lights turn on, it is fabulously beautiful. The wonderful staff works at the master classes, my daughter really enjoyed it. The pool is small, but perfect for children... The food is delicious.

It was surprising to see the lack of robes and slippers in the Spa hotel. For some reason, there is only one bedside table, no refrigerator. Breakfast is good, we didn't like dinner. The impression was that the containers with food were not replenished; those who did not have time, ate what was left. Probably aimed at a paid restaurant, so that people order there. In the rooms you can hear everything that happens in the hall. Probably in our 3-story house there was a table tennis table in the hall, because... I woke up at night to the sound of a ball hitting the table. Although we planned to sleep in such a place.

Beautiful houses, comfortable bed, functional furniture. Free bicycle rental. We didn’t use the pool or spa services, so I can’t say anything.

I visited the hotel with my daughter, we were passing through and booked a room for the day. The staff is polite and responsive to all requests and wishes. They accommodated us quickly and without problems, explained what was where competently and clearly. The hotel area is quite large, there is also a restaurant there. The food is quite varied, the portions are large and tasty. The room is cleaned every day and the room itself is stylishly decorated. The cost of living is adequate.

There was no air conditioning in the room, but due to the cold weather it was already comfortable, we slept with the windows open.

We rested on the weekend, the hotel is more family-friendly, the hotel's location is far from the hustle and bustle, there is a beautiful forest a stone's throw away, it's a 7-10 minute walk to the Moscow Canal, you can walk to the reservoir either by bike or by car, you can walk, but it's about 30-40 minutes. .. we didn’t go to the pool, it seemed very small. The food was homemade, tasty, there wasn’t much choice, but we didn’t leave you hungry.
