Also in Israel, the “Soviet” principle often applies: if the house has less than 5 floors, it is not necessary to install an elevator (even a new house does not guarantee the presence of an elevator). On the streets
It must be said that there are a lot of smokers in Israel. When walking with a child, this is a little annoying, because you don’t want him to breathe in tobacco smoke. And it’s also not as clean as in Europe, the USA or even Russia. There is a lot of dog excrement on the streets (they don’t clean it up like in Europe and America), and there are almost no lawns, so all this waste lies on the sidewalk.
