I rested in mid-July 2016. The impression is mixed, so I’ll try to separate the flies from the cutlets. 1 area is well-groomed, normally lit. Previously, there was a beautiful rose garden and other flowers that died due to frost in the spring of 2016 and at that time the splendor had not been fully restored. 2 I can’t complain about the accommodation, I previously booked a single room in building 3, the rooms there are standard with the best renovation, but the balcony is French (i.e. a beautiful curved lattice with a floor-length window). We settled in a similar 2-bed room (the difference is in a 1-bed chair, in a 2-bed room there is a 2nd bed) without additional payment, because... single rooms were occupied, but this is not the fault of "Dream". Sobyanin pushed for discounted vouchers there, until May the sanatorium resisted, then there was administrative pressure and “Dream” was forced to accept Sobyanin’s, so there were problems. The only complaint about the room is the 1st floor, the whole room was in full view, we had to keep the windows curtained often. Cleaning and so on - no complaints; if any difficulties arose, everything was resolved normally. 3 The beach is VERY FAR, 1.2-1.5 KM. The nearest beach (up to 800 meters) down Franko belonged to the san during Ukrainian times, when there was also a children’s camp there, and was sold in 2014-15. The bus schedule is not very convenient. While I sometimes used them from the beach, I never got to the BEACH. Exited to Kievskaya street. , and then if a minibus came, she voted and rode on it, or walked. Very inconvenient with small children!!! There are no complaints about the beach itself, only the wooden sun loungers need some care. 4 The weak link and the suck of the sanatorium is the dining room. Here the conversation is COMPLETELY USELESS. When I said that on a buffet the declared dishes should be FROM THE FIRST TO THE LAST MINUTE AND THEIR REPLENISHMENT SHOULD BE CONSTANT, and gave the example of State Customs Committee "Suzdal" with its assortment, the head of the dining room was in a state of stupor. The fact that they began to give everyone 1-2 rings of sausage is an achievement of the vacationers, because before that they brought out 2 trays (1 on the right and left sides) with 20-30 rings, and that was the end of the cheese/sausage. The fact that there is a “packed ration” when leaving for an excursion, and its failure to issue it, is a violation of my rights (consumer rights law) is big news for the canteen supervisor. There are no special complaints about the dishes themselves. Yes, what was declared did not always correspond to what was served, no frills, but I didn’t leave hungry. In the morning there was even chicken broth if you didn’t want porridge or pasta. Meat, in violation of all buffet standards, was given strictly limited, and if someone managed to beg for 2 pieces, then some did not. Apparently, they tried to at least somehow provide everyone with meat, otherwise, due to TOTAL THEFT, most of the vacationers would not get anything at all. They didn’t take us out in the evening in bags or cars. The canteen requires very strict inspection by certain authorities. 5 entertainment - concerts, games for children, dancing, but information about them was not always conveyed to vacationers in a timely manner. 6 If you are planning independent entertainment in the city center, then keep in mind that the streets are poorly lit and the asphalt is broken up from the Soviet (70s) era, you will need a flashlight. Transport somewhere before nine-thirty, later - on foot or by taxi. Perhaps that's all. I hope it will be useful to someone, since what is critical for one may not be critical for another. Although there is something to work on, there are enough complaints, in general (except for the dining room) I evaluate the rest rather positively.

I vacationed with my son in this sanatorium in August 2017. We booked a double standard room and lived in building 3. Objectively, the room is small, without air conditioning and without a balcony. August turned out to be very hot, I had to sleep on the floor for some time. The sanatorium has a very beautiful and well-groomed area, children's playgrounds, a disco almost every day. In general, the impressions of the holiday were positive, because we went to enjoy the sea, nature and healing air.

We vacationed in Mechta in August. I always chose hotels for my holidays myself. This was my first mistake. The food is ugly. The team of cooks and waiters consists of young guys and girls who look no more than 20 years old. At first we studied the menu, then we stopped doing this, because... "Whoever had time, ate it." They prepare very little food; when they run out, they bring out the buckwheat and horns. Everyone goes to the beginning in the hope of eating something. The queues are simply huge. We didn't want to stand in lines, we arrived 15 minutes late. There are no queues as such, but neither is there food. Dream buffet: 1 pancake on a plate for everyone on the table or 1 tiny cookie. A small piece of sausage and cheese on the table for everyone. You can’t take the meat yourself; the waiter stands and hands out 2 tiny cutlets (made from bread) in queues. At the end of the vacation they said that they were allowed 1 such cutlet. This happened once: the food ran out immediately, there weren’t even cones, and the line remained standing with empty plates. They called the boss from the kitchen and said don’t yell, there are 600 of you, and I’m alone. After that they brought a tray of buckwheat and some “specialty cutlets”. Nobody drinks tea; the water in the tank is diluted. Dried fruit compote is difficult to recognize, just water. Juice in small glasses on everyone's tables - just water, etc. Like a “curd casserole”, cut into small pieces (like cookies), consisting of rice, placed on a tray, 25 pieces, so think about whether you will get this masterpiece or not. All the vacationers quarrel with them, the sanatorium administration does not accept complaints, supposedly the dining room itself. Special mention should be made of delivery to the beach. The bus schedule is inconvenient, there are many people willing, the excursion bus is old, there is not enough space on it. Only one person can stand in the aisle, and there are few seats. We are jammed like herrings into a barrel. The children squeal, the driver shouts for everyone to move, because... There's a small bus coming next and there won't be room for everyone. It happened that people stayed, get there as you wish. Once the door of the bus opened right on the way, it was lucky that a man was standing there, he closed the door while driving, and sometimes there are children standing at the door. We tried to get there by bus number 10, but you had to go through the entire territory of the sanatorium to the stop. We waited for the bus for 15-20 minutes. They don't go often. In the morning we didn’t wait for the first bus, we walked, 20 minutes to the beach at a good pace. My children are adults and teenagers, but what about the little ones? Don’t be fooled by the large area, in the evening it is incredibly dark, nothing is illuminated. There are no animators for children. And the funny thing is: the fountain is turned on only in the morning for a few hours, when no one is there, some are undergoing treatment, some are at sea. I will not recommend the Dream sanatorium to an enemy.

I came on vacation for 17 days, I’ve been living here for 3 days already and I can’t sleep because the door to the street opens onto a road where, in addition to cars, there are trams. It's impossible to sleep. They don’t want to resettle, they harass us at every turn. The food is disgusting. The catering leaves much to be desired. This is not just my opinion. To get food you have to stand in line and it’s not a fact that you will get what you want. The food was not tasty. The staff is rude. Very nice area. The beach is not well maintained and the sunbeds are old. I really regret that I came to this sanatorium. My tour operator Alean LLC is not very concerned about my problems living in the Dream sanatorium in Evpatoria.

My husband and I were undergoing treatment in 2014 from November 3rd. We had one voucher from the Russian Railways trade union, the second was paid with treatment. What amazed us was the friendliness of the people. We just got to the Unity Day holiday. In the city itself there was a multi-hour concert, everyone was happy that there was no war, there were so many happy faces..., there were many people coming for treatment, especially mothers with children. And no one remembered that everyone had a lot of worries and problems. The costumes of all the performers were full of different colors. 80 different nationalities performed. In the sanatorium, each person was individually prescribed treatment in accordance with the sanatorium-resort card. The doctors simply amazed us with their kindness. We were welcome in the pool, in the massage room, during physiotherapy and in other rooms. Everything in the dining room is always fresh, not every man can handle it, so you will always be full. The rooms have refrigerators and televisions. Entertainment, excursion program - everything will be offered to you. I especially want to mention the staff serving the park territory. We walked around the whole city, but there is no such park in any sanatorium - these are just people who work with their souls. They even gave us several plants, they all took root, especially agave. Thank you very much. The only pity is that we sent a parcel to the agronomist with our flowers, but it was returned twice. On our way back we brought gifts of wine, beautiful mittens, and mugs from which we enjoy drinking tea (by the way, there are a lot of delicious herbal teas there). The weather was sunny all days. No wonder this sanatorium is called “Dream”. Go there, you won’t regret it, especially for those who need treatment. Be happy!
